WOW -- Week 2

Here we go again!!!

What a week...Lets see..

The Good: Still writing in the notebook and drinking lots of H20s... lost = 1.5


The Bad: Superbowl Party... Don't you just love it! A beer here and some chips there.. awww..

The Ugly: I took the weekend off and end being a four day weekend!! So I just walk this week, hum..8 miles.. I see that every time I miss one day.. it adds up to being more than one day!

The Goals:

Lose another 2lbs..(slow and steady.)

Walk at least 10miles in 7 days which means no days off, even if I do one mile on any given Sunday!(I am getting one of those pedometers...word to the wise.. don't get a cheap one less than $15.. doesn't work! well at least from Walmart!)

Keep writing and drinking the water!(a note on that.. I bought a pack of 24 for $3 at walmart, I drink one and refilled it throughout the day.. I noticed , that one of those bottle's is a 16oz and you are to drink at least 8 8oz..so I was actually drink twice b/c they were 16oz bottles..ha ha.. but I tell my other self.. that still need to drink 8 of those bottles!)
