Action Alert - Retain Conscience Protection Regulation
On March 10, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a proposal to rescind the Bush Administration December 2008 conscience protection regulation. For text of the rescission proposal, see: nchla.org/docdisplay.asp?ID=233.

The public has until April 9 to submit comments.
