"Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger."
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests."
Our Christmas celebration begins on Christmas Eve, we wen to 9pm Spanish mass. It was beautifully said by our friend..Father Olson. At the end of mass, the priest brought out Baby Jesus for us to give Him a kiss. It was such a beautiful sight! Lets say we woke up about 10:30ish..to find that Saint Nicholas had filled our stockings with goodies!

Today we had to say Goodbye to a dear Friend of mine and her family. It was one of the hardest thing to do, to see a dear friend and her family leaving and not know when you will see them again! Jessica has been a great friend of mine for almost 5 years. A most generous and loving mother of 7! She is so creative. You should see the things she has done for us, such as beautiful quilts for each of our children. She would without even think about it, say yes to watching my kids, even over night so that we could go see the Holy Father. She never thought of herself and was always there to talk! She has is great smile and a big heart!
We will miss them!
May God bless them on their new journey!

Here is Blondie, all cute before Church few weeks ago, Her Dora love is shown with her pink Dora dress and pink Dora boots. But let me tell you that she didn't make it to Church with that outfit on. Nope... We had her seated at the table while we were finishing up breakfast. She notice the coffee espresso on the table (Thank God it was cold) and she moves the tablecloth so that she can reach it and spills all over herself but she did mange a drink since her lips tells the store of it all.
God love them, for I surely do!

My parents just celebrated 50 years on Saturday in South Florida. I was not able to make it but I was there in spirit. However, we are going down in June for a 50 & 1/2 anniversary. My parents have gone through so much in 50 years. Out of 50 years, they have been about 48 years outside of their beloved country, Cuba and I don't think they will ever be back. They have four sons and 3 daughters and 30 grandchildren. For them leaving their country was worth it all in the name of Faith, their true love. Our Catholic faith has given them always the strength and courage to go on one more day! Their love for the Holy Mass and their fight for the unborn has been something to truly admire. I am very bless to have them as an example of what marriage is all about, loving the other one through the hard times and laughing with them through the good! I thank them with all my heart for who they are and who they will become now and in Everlasting life..
When asked once during an interview of marriage couples past 30 years if they ever thought of divorce, my mother replies.."divorce never... murder many times!" All with a smile.
God love them!

Here is Babymums first smile caught on camera. When they just look at you and smile, it makes all the hard work so worth it!
Why does society not see the beauty in a baby? Why can we just protect these children?I don't understand the difference between a baby once born and one that is alive , unborn baby. Does minutes between giving birth make one baby human and another one tissues? Can someone tell me when during pregnancy when does unborn baby have the right to live or die?
May God Have Mercy on Us.
Join me in saying a Novena to
